The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, delivering the prepared food to Ko Olina Marina, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. The hours are from 6 am to 2 pm, daily shifts may vary. Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation under the supervision of the kitchen manager
• Follow recipes and menu planning guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Support kitchen staff in various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Drive and deliver food to Ko Olina Marina located 15 minutes away 2x a day. Experience
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and basic cooking techniques is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
