Full Job Description Job Summary:

O's Grill is Cedar Rapids' to-go, fast, and casual Mediterranean restaurant. We create fresh, bold flavors made with care and serve with genuine hospitality. We've built something special here and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

Take orders and make sure every guest has a great experience. Learn your way around the kitchen. We cross train everyone. Switch between front and back of house as needed. Keep your station clean and stocked, ready to serve customers.

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude, with a customer-based mindset. A team player who leaves the drama at the door. Reliability. Be on time, and we'll teach you the rest. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

The Pay:

Experienced crew members regularly bring home $16 or more per hour when you factor in tips. If you show up, work hard, and take care of guests, your paycheck will reflect it.
