Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking skilled and passionate cooks and BOH team leaders to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a BOH team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during meal preparation. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the chefs. Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, specials, and operational improvements. Responsible for opening and closing the kitchen Managing kitchen personnel Experience Previous experience as a Line Cook, Lead line or kitchen manager in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary environments. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and frying. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask during busy service periods. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
