This role involves assisting with customer service, taking and preparing orders, supporting pizza and food preparation, handling routine transactions, maintaining clean work areas, and working closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pizza restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders accurately. Assist with pizza preparation, toppings, and other food-service tasks. Operate the POS system and process customer payments as needed. Answer basic questions about menu items, ingredients, and restaurant offerings. Communicate customer requests and order details clearly with kitchen team members. Assist with assembling and organizing completed orders. Keep counters, dining areas, kitchen stations, and service areas clean and organized. Restock ingredients, cups, containers, napkins, utensils, and other restaurant supplies. Support coworkers during busy service periods to maintain efficient order flow. Assist with opening, closing, and routine restaurant duties. Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace procedures. Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to supervisors when needed. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, restaurant, café, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful. Friendly, professional, and respectful approach to customers. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and customer service. Able to learn POS systems, menu information, and restaurant procedures.
