Previous pizza-making and/or fry-cooking experience is preferred , but we're also interested in people who are motivated to learn and take pride in their work. What You'll Do Prepare food according to Georgios recipes, standards, and portion guidelines Accurately and efficiently execute orders during busy service Operate the pizza station, fry station, and other kitchen areas as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Consistently prioritize food quality and presentation Work closely with the entire kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly Help maintain a positive, respectful, and professional work environment What We're Looking For Previous pizza, fry cook, line cook, or restaurant kitchen experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to food quality and cleanliness Team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to stay calm and productive during busy periods Bi-Lingual is a huge plus Weekend availability is important, and Sunday availability is required for this position.
