Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes efficiently Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations Support kitchen operations by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and organizing supplies Handle food handling responsibilities with care to ensure quality and safety during storage and service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with service needs Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow and timely delivery of orders Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen equipment usage Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order management Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team Ability to work in fast-paced settings such as hotels or banquet events Customer service skills that enhance guest interactions and overall dining experience Basic understanding of hospitality principles and guest services practices Busing, cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the shift Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills Cleaning duties such as dishes, restroom, mop the floor etc...
