Smiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect. Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings. Properly deep cleans and maintains kitchen equipment to ensure longevity and desired results are achieved. Sweep, mop, buff scrub kitchen floors as needed. Strong organizational skill, works clean, and in a safe and sanitary manner at all times. Ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment. Must abide by all health department rules/regulations. Understands time and temperature controls and has a working knowledge of food safety. Knowledgeable in the products the company serves. Sets and keeps workstation and the surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1 year stewarding experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred Food Handler Certification, required High School Diploma/GED, required Must be 21 years of age or older Hep A vaccination on, or before, first day of work Must be able to work Weekends, Nights and Holidays Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written Must be able to obtain and maintain an
