$19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Role:
Connie's Pizza Niles is seeking long-term employees that are energetic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety while preparing our signature dishes. This position requires an immersive 4-week paid training period at our Archer location before transitioning to the Niles kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures throughout the kitchen area. Ensure full compliance with local food service health codes and safety standards. Foster effective, clear communication with fellow kitchen staff to optimize line efficiency and teamwork. Uphold standard kitchen health and safety protocols to ensure a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Food Safety Certification and Food Handler Certification. Must possess valid legal work authorization for the United States. Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitizing procedures and health code regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
