Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Duties Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed. Perform food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support chefs and cooks in cooking processes by following instructions accurately. Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain safety standards. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as necessary. Participate in catering events by assisting with food setup and serving as required. Skills Proficient knife skills for efficient meal preparation. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with catering services is an advantage but not required.
