This position will be at 1028 W Pawnee, Wichita, KS 67213. This position is for morning shift 9AM to 4PM and evening shift 330PM to closed (930PM). Prepare fresh and tasty menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas including food prep stations, dining areas, and restrooms. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations during busy hours. Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members. Experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and daily sales reporting. Previous restaurant or café experience is a plus; retail or grocery store experience can also be beneficial.
