In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for various tasks that support food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Duties Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations. Bussing tables and assisting with serving during banquets or special events. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and timely meal delivery. Help in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in food quality. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and guests. A willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
