Job Summary Johnny's Pizza House Gonzales is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff and Shift Leaders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Pizza environment. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will assist in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate the cash register and handle transactions with basic math skills. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Creating fantastic Pizzas and ensure timely food delivery to guests. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
