Get away, visit family, or see the world! Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and organized condition. Ensure dishes and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. Sort and remove trash and recycling, placing items in designated areas. Clean and sanitize garbage cans and other waste containers. Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and kitchen areas as needed. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas. Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Properly operate and maintain dishwashing and kitchen equipment. Assist with inventory and stocking of kitchen supplies as needed. Support the culinary TEAM with additional tasks as assigned. Maintain a positive, professional, and TEAM-oriented attitude. Requirements 1+ year of kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or similar experience required. Must be available to work a part-time morning schedule. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required based on business needs. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety. Excellent English communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a TEAM.
