You are the final quality check between our kitchen and our guests, helping the team maintain a fast, organized, and positive service experience. The Expo position is ideal for someone who is organized, energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment . You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep orders moving efficiently while maintaining Crack'd standards for quality and hospitality. Essential Responsibilities Review completed orders to ensure they are accurate, complete, and presented according to Crack'd standards . Coordinate communication between the kitchen, front-of-house team, and other stations. Read and prioritize tickets while keeping multiple orders organized during high-volume periods. Ensure all food items, sides, sauces, utensils, and other necessary components are included before orders leave the kitchen. Check food for proper presentation, portioning, temperature, and overall quality. Communicate any missing, incorrect, or delayed items quickly to the appropriate team member. Keep the expo area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Help maintain a smooth flow between the kitchen and front-of-house during busy periods. Assist with packaging takeout, delivery, and phone orders accurately. Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed during slower periods. Communicate clearly and respectfully with cooks, cashiers, managers, and other team members. Maintain a positive attitude and help create a supportive, team-oriented work environment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and company procedures. Maintain a strong sense of urgency while remaining calm and organized under pressure. Provide excellent hospitality by helping ensure every guest receives the food and experience they expect from Crack'd. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch mistakes before orders reach the guest. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. A genuine desire to provide excellent food and hospitality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry items. Ability to lift and carry food, supplies, and equipment weighing up to approximately 25-50 pounds as needed.
