This role would open the shop and set up our artisan bread display, our breakfast and deli case, and coffee station. Once the store is open, they would serve customers at the counter, take payments for the shop, and assist with small kitchen tasks, as needed. Anticipated schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 6:30-2:00. The most important requirements for success in this role are: Ability to work quickly and cleanly with consistency and in accordance with food handling regulations On time and reliable Cash handling and accurate operation of the point-of-sale system Passionate about specialty foods and exemplary customer service!
