Job Description
We are looking for a part time Kitchen helper who is looking to be a part of a rapidly growing company. This is a part time position where your working only on Saturdays and Sundays. Hours vary depending on when cooking and prepping is done. It's usually from 9am-5pm on average. Clean and sanitizes kitchen equipment, assists in basic food preparation, and with receiving and storing products in kitchens. Knowledge of general kitchen operations and of general food storage guidelines. Duties include but are not limited to the following. Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all work areas Remove trash regularly and replace liners to maintain hygiene standards Wash, dry, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils Receive and unload food deliveries, ensuring proper storage (FIFO method where applicable) Assist with food prep: washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing ingredients Execute meal production according to recipes and portion guidelines Package meals accurately, ensuring correct portions, labeling, and presentation standards Prepare and organize customer orders for pickup or delivery Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations throughout all processes
