Position:

Crew Member - Closing Shifts We're currently hiring crew members specifically for closing shifts . Crew members are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining store cleanliness, and working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly through the end of the day. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to Dunkin' standards Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Restock inventory and maintain organization in all workstations Work as part of a team to meet shift goals Complete closing duties and end-of-day tasks Requirements Weekend availability is required for closing shifts Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old Shift Availability Closing shifts typically run: 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM Part-time and full-time hours available Ready to Join the Dunkin' Crew?
