Overview Our summer college helper is returning to school at the end of August. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional food service and guest experiences. You will be responsible for primarily working dish, but will be trained on all stations and various kitchen tasks, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and meal assembly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. You will be primary in the washing of dishes, but this will not be the entire job. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods. Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all food handling processes. Qualifications Previous kitchen experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary experience or formal training is advantageous but not required; we value passion and willingness to learn!
