Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food safety practices such as proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support team members in food preparation, serving, and general restaurant maintenance to ensure smooth operations Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Experience in customer service roles that involve serving or cashiering enhances your ability to connect with guests Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is advantageous Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Embark on a rewarding journey with us where energy meets opportunity!
