Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Mobile Catering Crew Member to join our food service team. This position involves traveling to different client locations to help prepare, serve, and maintain food and beverage stations. You'll play an important role in making sure each service runs smoothly—from preparing food and setting up the mobile station to assisting guests and cleaning up after service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays organized in busy environments, and takes pride in providing safe, friendly, and professional service. What You'll Do Prepare, portion, and serve food and beverages according to established service and presentation standards. Help transport, arrange, and organize equipment and supplies at various service locations. Set up and dismantle mobile food-service areas before and after each event. Keep work areas, equipment, serving stations, and food-preparation areas clean and orderly. Welcome customers and provide courteous, attentive service throughout the meal or event. Monitor food temperatures, storage conditions, and handling procedures to maintain food quality and safety. Refill food, beverage, and serving supplies as needed during service. Assist with event and banquet operations, including coordinating meal service and maintaining an efficient flow. Track inventory, product usage, food waste, and sanitation activities when required. Follow company procedures, local health requirements, and applicable food-safety guidelines. Work cooperatively with other team members while also being comfortable handling assigned tasks independently. Travel to different locations as required for mobile catering operations. What We're Looking For Previous experience in catering, restaurants, food preparation, serving, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Experience in upscale dining, banquet service, or other high-volume food-service environments is a plus. Familiarity with safe food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and proper food storage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, friendly approach when interacting with clients and guests. Ability to stay organized and productive while working in changing locations and busy service environments. Comfortable working as part of a team and taking initiative when working independently. Barista, banquet, restaurant, or broader hospitality experience is an advantage. Reliable transportation or the ability to travel to assigned work locations, as applicable. Why Join Us?
