About Prep Club:
@prepclubandco Prep Club is a luxury meal prep company serving 120+ families in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. We specialize in premium, from-scratch meals made with local and organic ingredients — pasture-raised meats, artisan grains, small-batch cheeses, and seasonal produce. We're growth-oriented, chef-led, and committed to raising the standard of what prepared meals can be. About the
Role:
We're hiring an experienced Prep Chef with skill and drive to help power the next chapter of our business. This is a production-based culinary role - high volume, high technicality, high standards, and high reward. We've recently moved into a new facility with plans to double the size of our business over the next 18-24 months. We want you on the ground floor of that growth.
What You'll Do:
Execute high-volume, technical recipes with accuracy and consistency Follow structured processes while staying mentally agile to solve problems in real time Work with top-tier ingredients: local, organic produce; pasture-raised meats; artisan grains and cheeses Participate in weekly menu development and recipe testing — we create a new menu every week Keep quality, speed, and precision top of mind every shift Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across prep and production
What We're Looking For:
Prior hands-on cooking experience — you've worked in a kitchen and can prove it Clear ability to read and follow complex instructions High attention to detail, sharp thinking, and a cool head under pressure Passion for quality ingredients and seasonal cooking Flexibility — this is a structured environment, but it moves fast and changes weekly
Schedule:
Monday - Friday approximately: 8:00 - 4:00
PM Compensation & Growth Path:
Contract to start, with the opportunity to transition to a salaried or growth-based variable comp plan Ability to grow alongside a business on the rise A team-first environment that values excellence, speed, and intentionality Direct impact on a brand built around quality, creativity, and community
