You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support the overall kitchen operations. Duties Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other food preparation tools. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure high-quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is highly desirable. Must be able to handle kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other utensils. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
