Job Summary Il Lazzarone Pizza is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Pizza Production Associate to support daily kitchen and pizza production operations. The ideal candidate will assist with ingredient preparation, pizza assembly, cooking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized production area while following established food-safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established procedures. Assemble pizzas accurately based on customer orders and production specifications. Operate ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor cooking times, temperatures, portions, and product quality. Read and organize incoming orders to maintain accurate production flow. Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to complete orders on time. Prepare and package pizzas and other food items for dine-in, pickup, and delivery. Maintain adequate stock of ingredients, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies. Inspect ingredients and finished products for freshness, quality, and consistency. Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and food-preparation surfaces. Assist with food storage, labeling, rotation, and inventory organization. Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures. Support opening, closing, and general kitchen duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous pizza, restaurant, kitchen, or food-production experience preferred. Basic knowledge of food preparation and safe kitchen practices. Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion standards accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new production procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move food-service supplies. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
