Cook at our Westport taquería, where lunch, dinner, bar service, late nights, and pickup orders can move quickly. You will prepare ingredients, work the line, and help send out tacos and other menu items with care and consistency. What you'll do Prep ingredients and cook tacos and other menu items to our recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Set up and restock your station before service, and stay organized through the rush. Read tickets carefully, coordinate timing with the team, and check orders before they leave the kitchen. Label, rotate, and store ingredients correctly; follow temperature, sanitation, and food safety procedures. Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and prep for the next shift. Communicate shortages or equipment problems early and lend a hand at another station when needed. What you bring Care for food quality and consistency, even when orders arrive quickly. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a steady approach under pressure. Ability to follow recipes and directions while working well with teammates. Kitchen experience is helpful; motivated candidates willing to learn are welcome. Spanish proficiency is welcome, but not required.
