Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member and become apart of the best burger joint in the area! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your culinary skills and passion for food service shine. . We value motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality expertise. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients to ensure timely dish delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions from chefs or managers Handle food handling tasks responsibly, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures Buss tables and assist with clearing dishes to facilitate smooth service flow during busy hours Support banquet and special event setups by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring quality standards are met Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, maintain efficiency, and uphold excellent customer service Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or kitchen environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve guests professionally Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation practices Experience working in hotel or banquet settings is a plus Passion for hospitality, cooking, and delivering outstanding customer experiences Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for culinary arts makes a difference!
