This is an all-around kitchen position for someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever they are needed. Our kitchen is busy and varied, and we cross-train our team in multiple areas. Your day may include working the line, food preparation, cooking, baking, washing dishes, cleaning, stocking, or helping with other kitchen tasks as needed. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, works well with others, and isn't afraid to jump in and get the job done. Responsibilities Work the kitchen line and prepare food to order Prep ingredients and food for daily service Assist with cooking and baking Follow recipes, portioning, and food-quality standards Wash dishes and keep work areas clean and organized Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Learn multiple areas of the kitchen and move between tasks as needed Pitch in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous kitchen or food-service experience Dependability and punctuality are a must A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to learn quickly and take direction Comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities rather than performing just one job Able to stay productive and organized in a fast-paced kitchen Willingness to clean, do dishes, prep, cook, bake, and help wherever needed We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up when scheduled, and understands that a successful kitchen requires everyone to work together. If you're experienced in a kitchen, reliable, adaptable, and enjoy staying busy, we'd love to meet you.
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
