This role assists with guest service, food and beverage support, dining area organization, cleanliness, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Assist customers with menu questions, orders, and general requests. Accurately process food and beverage orders. Assist with serving food and beverages in a timely manner. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas. Set, clear, and reset tables as needed. Restock utensils, condiments, beverages, and other service supplies. Assist front-of-house and kitchen team members during busy service periods. Communicate customer requests and special instructions to appropriate team members. Respond to routine customer questions and concerns courteously. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Keep service stations and work areas organized throughout each shift. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Perform other restaurant service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly and professional attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork, organization, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to cleanliness and service quality. Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
