Food Truck Owner / Food Truck Lead About the Position We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and hardworking team member to join our food truck operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing great food, and understands the importance of excellent customer service. Food truck work requires flexibility and teamwork. Our team members may rotate between food preparation, cooking, taking orders, serving customers, stocking, cleaning, and helping with setup and breakdown. We are looking for someone who is reliable, learns quickly, works well under pressure, and takes pride in keeping the truck clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare ingredients according to recipes and established procedures Work the food truck line during service Take customer orders and process payments when needed Provide friendly, professional customer service Maintain a clean and organized work environment Cook and assemble menu items consistently and efficiently Follow portion-control and food-quality standards Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures Monitor food levels and communicate when additional prep is needed Assist with stocking and organizing the truck Help with opening and closing procedures Assist with setup before service and breakdown after service Properly clean cooking equipment, work surfaces, utensils, and floors Help with loading and unloading supplies and equipment when required Work cooperatively with other team members Perform other reasonable duties necessary to keep the food truck operating efficiently What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, food-service, or food-truck experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to arrive on time and be ready to work Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot, fast-paced environment Ability to lift and carry food, supplies, and equipment as reasonably required Willingness to learn multiple positions on the truck What We Offer $18-$20/hour + shared tips Discounts for employee meal during shifts Opportunity for advancement to Food Truck Lead as growth dictates Flexible scheduling when business needs allow Referral and performance incentives The ideal candidate is someone we can count on.
