This role requires a passion for food and hospitality, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and beverage station. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for food, customer service, and teamwork is essential.
