Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting with food preparation, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support banquet and event setups by preparing food stations and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting. A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic is essential.
