The Food Preparer will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are maintained. Duties Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and standards Assemble and portion food items accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Ensure food presentation meets quality standards and customer expectations Adhere to all food handling regulations and procedures Experience Previous experience in a food preparation or kitchen environment is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn new techniques and follow established procedures
