You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, taking orders, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area. Your ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with your team will contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Prepare food items according to company standards while ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for order totals. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in food preparation or food service is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation.
