This role involves assisting with food preparation, assembling pizza and other menu items, maintaining clean workstations, and working closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide efficient service. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy pizza restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and routine kitchen tasks according to established procedures. Prepare ingredients and organize supplies for daily service. Assist with preparing pizza, toppings, sauces, and other menu items as directed. Help assemble food orders accurately and efficiently. Follow recipe instructions, portion guidelines, and food-quality standards. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen workstations. Assist cooks and other kitchen team members during busy service periods. Monitor and replenish ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies. Communicate order details and special requests clearly with kitchen and service team members. Help maintain smooth order flow and timely food preparation. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment as needed. Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace procedures. Support opening, closing, and routine daily kitchen responsibilities. Work cooperatively with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous kitchen, pizza restaurant, café, food-service, or hospitality experience is helpful. Friendly, dependable, and professional approach to work. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good attention to cleanliness, food safety, and preparation details. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn food-preparation procedures and kitchen standards.
