Floor Team - Job Overview Floor team members help with serving, bussing, guest service, and drinks.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and serving guests Taking orders and using the POS Running food and drinks Checking on tables during service Bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables Learning and preparing coffee, teas, lemonades, smoothies, and specialty drinks Restocking the floor and beverage station Completing side work and closing duties Keeping the dining and service areas clean and organized Kitchen Team - Job Overview Kitchen team members help with prep, line work, assembly, plating, and keeping the kitchen stocked and organized.

Responsibilities include:

Basic food prep Preparing and assembling menu items Working the line during service Plating food consistently Using pizza ovens, convection ovens, microwaves, and steam tables Restocking ingredients and supplies Keeping workstations clean Following food safety procedures Helping with dishes and cleanup when needed Completing opening and closing duties

Starting pay depends on experience and position. Employees who require training may start around $16 per hour . Pay can increase based on reliability, performance, experience, and additional responsibilities. Team members who become experienced and cross-trained may earn $18-$20 per hour . This is a non-tipped hourly position .
