As a Crew Member, you will be trained in all areas of the restaurant, including cashiering, taking orders, dressing burgers, grilling, and working the fry station. All team members are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant. We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with people and can work well in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service Take customer orders and operate the Toast POS system Accurately handle cash, credit card payments, and receipts Prepare and dress burgers and other menu items according to Firefly Burger standards Grill burgers and operate the fry station Follow food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures Keep kitchen, prep areas, dining areas, and equipment clean and organized Restock food, supplies, and other items as needed Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy Work as part of a team and assist wherever needed Follow all company policies and safety procedures Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Dependable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and learn multiple restaurant stations Comfortable working as part of a team Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position Food service experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate What We're Looking For We want team members who are reliable, hardworking, friendly, and willing to learn.
