We're building an opening team of friendly, dependable people who care about great food, genuine hospitality, cleanliness, and working together. Whether you're preparing ingredients, building a guest's bowl, working the register, or keeping the restaurant organized, you help move Line

What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service Guide guests through the menu and help them customize their bowls Build poke bowls accurately, consistently, and with great presentation Prepare rice, proteins, sauces, vegetables, and other ingredients Follow recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and supplies Maintain a clean and organized dining room, service line, and kitchen Complete temperature logs and required sanitation procedures Assist with opening, closing, and daily side-work responsibilities Communicate clearly and support fellow Tide Crew members during busy shifts What We're Looking For A positive, welcoming attitude Dependability and punctuality Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Willingness to learn and receive feedback Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Availability for a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts Restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required Ability to obtain any required food-handler certification Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive food-preparation tasks Ability to safely lift and carry up to approximately 40 pounds Why Join Line
