Kitchen Team Member needed for licensed cannabis facility in North Las Vegas. Kitchen team members are responsible for production, popping, sugaring, and packaging of gummies. All kitchen cleaning and maintenance are performed by the team members as well. Current production schedule is Monday through Friday, subject to change with continued growth. Kitchen and/ or previous cannabis experience is required, preferably in confections, baking, or pastry. Nevada Production Cannabis Agent Card, OSHA 10 certification, and Nevada Food Handler cards are all required before hire. We are a small facility and are looking for a reliable team player who is ready to learn all aspects of production. Attention to detail, ability to follow directions and strict sanitation guidelines are required, as well as adherence to cell phone use policy.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and mix ingredients
• Deposit gummies using manual and automatic depositors
• Clean and sanitize all food prep areas, dishes, and equipment
• Popping and sugar sanding gummies by hand
• Package product and accurately fill orders
• Maintain high standards including QA/QC of all products being produced
• Complete repetitive tasks with a sense of urgency

Requirements:

• Current Nevada Production Agent Card (requires background check and age 21+)
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Nevada Food Handler Card
• Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Effectively and respectfully communicate with coworkers and supervisors
• Willingness to help all departments and take on new tasks as needed
