Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including handling kitchen equipment safely. Process cash, credit card, and other retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines throughout your shift. Assist with food handling, serving, and ensuring timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety management practices. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Experience with retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence. Capable of operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining a clean workspace according to sanitation standards. Food service or restaurant experience is desirable; culinary experience is a bonus but not required.
