Roadie (Crew Member) Job Summary A Roadie at Moe's Southwest Grill is responsible for delivering a fun, fast, and friendly dining experience. You'll prepare fresh food, interact with guests, and keep the restaurant clean and energetic—living up to Moe's signature "Welcome to Moe's!" vibe. Key Responsibilitie Customer Service Greet every guest enthusiastically ("Welcome to Moe's!") Take orders accurately and help customers customize meals Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment Handle guest questions and resolve basic concerns Food Preparation Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items Follow food safety and sanitation standards Portion ingredients correctly and maintain food quality Restock ingredients and prep stations as needed Cleanliness & Organization Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules Maintain proper hygiene and safety practices Cash Handling Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions Ensure accurate orders and payments Qualifications No formal experience required (entry-level friendly) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and problem-solving skills Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, holidays) Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Lift up to ~25-30 lbs Perform repetitive tasks (chopping, assembling food, etc.) Work Environment Fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant setting Loud and energetic atmosphere Focus on fun customer interaction and fresh food prep Perks (may vary by location) Free or discounted meals Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement (Shift Leader, Manager) Fun, team-driven culture
