Cocktail Bar Prep (Day Shift)

4-5 shifts per week, Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM

Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cocktail Bar Prep team member to support our bar program. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and consistency of our cocktails by ensuring all ingredients, syrups, garnishes, and batched components are prepped and organized for service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh juices, syrups, infusions, and cocktail batches
• Cut, portion, and store garnishes (citrus, herbs, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar prep areas
• Label, date, and rotate all ingredients properly
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking bar supplies
• Ensure all prep meets quality and presentation standards
• Work closely with bartenders and management to anticipate needs

Qualifications:

• Kitchen, bar prep, or food service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow recipes and prep lists precisely
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Punctual, dependable, and organized
• High level of professionalism and discretion

• All recipes, prep methods, batching processes, and operational procedures are considered proprietary to The Green Dragon Inn
• Employees are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and may not share, reproduce, or distribute recipes or processes outside of the workplace
• Adherence to all confidentiality policies is a condition of employment and may be reinforced through a signed agreement
