North Canton Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dependable, upbeat Resident Service Associate to join our dedicated team. What You'll Do Resident Activities:

Help plan, set up, and lead engaging resident activities, games, and social programs.

Light Housekeeping:

Keep common areas, hallways, and dining spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.

Dining Services:

Serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, and create a pleasant, supportive mealtime experience.

Resident Support:

Assist seniors with courtesy, patience, and respect throughout your shift.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our nursing, dietary, and activities staff to ensure top-quality care. What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn multiple roles Compassionate and comfortable working with seniors and individuals needing extra support Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during your shift Experience in: Healthcare, caregiving, CNA, activities, hospitality, housekeeping, or food service is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
