Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to uphold quality standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks Support bussing and food running duties to ensure timely service delivery Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely during stock replenishment and equipment movement Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Support guest services by providing friendly in-person customer service and addressing guest needs promptly Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments Familiarity with kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning routines Knowledge of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques Experience with banquet or hotel food service is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during shift tasks Prior experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
