You'll learn our menu, recipes, portions, ingredients, and presentation standards. You'll also help with food prep, stocking your station, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and jumping in wherever the team needs help. We don't believe that working fast means being sloppy. Great assembly is about finding the balance between speed, consistency, and attention to detail. During slower moments, we use the time to prepare for what's next—restocking, prepping, cleaning, organizing, and making sure the kitchen is ready for the next rush. About Taco Nation Taco Nation started in 2018 with a school bus converted into a taco bus. In 2022, we opened our brick-and-mortar taco shop in Oklahoma City's Wheeler District.
