We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Team Member to handle prep work, line cooking, and dishwashing. This is an all-around back-of-house role that shifts between stations based on daily rush demands.

Key Responsibilities Food Prep:

Wash, chop, slice, and portion ingredients (vegetables, meats, sauces) according to daily par levels and recipes.

Cooking:

Operate line stations (fryer, grill, flat-top, or wok) to prepare customer orders with speed, consistency, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Dishwashing:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize cookware, utensils, and service plates using the commercial dishwasher and three-compartment sink.

Cleanliness & Restocking:

Restock clean dishware to stations, empty trash/recycling, sweep, mop, and sanitize prep surfaces throughout the shift. Requirements Previous kitchen experience (prep, line cook, or dishwasher) preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic will be trained. Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment. Physical stamina to stand for full shifts, work in hot environments, and lift up to 50 lbs. Valid Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
