Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are hiring a dependable and fast-learning Kitchen Staff member to support a high-volume bubble tea shop. This role requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, portion, and restock all ingredients needed for drink production quickly and consistently Cook egg waffles (Hong Kong-style) efficiently while maintaining quality standards Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health code at all times Wash dishes and maintain a steady flow of clean tools and equipment Stay ahead of demand by proactively preparing supplies before they run out Step in to support the front team during rush hours when needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures strictly Requirements Able to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy rush periods Strong sense of responsibility — does not wait to be told what to do Maintains speed without sacrificing consistency or cleanliness Good awareness and able to anticipate what the team needs Reliable attendance and punctuality is a must Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
