As a Front of House team member, you'll be one of the first people our guests interact with. You'll help create a welcoming experience while making sure every order is accurate, fresh, and served with a smile. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and provide helpful service. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and food options. Handle cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately. Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and presented properly. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area. Restock supplies, condiments, beverages, packaging, and other front-of-house items. Assist with dining area cleanliness and table maintenance. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
