What Is a Switch Position Team Member? You are an important part of the restaurant and the guest experience.

This role rotates between:

Front Counter :

Greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments

Food Line :

Preparing and assembling burritos, bowls, tacos, salads, and other menu items with speed and accuracy

Front of House :

Keeping the dining room, drink station, and guest areas clean and welcoming

Prep & Stocking :

Making sure the line and restaurant are prepared for the next rush You'll be trained to work across these areas so you can confidently support the team wherever you're needed.

Availability:

We are urgently looking for a Switch Position Team Member who is available to work morning/day shifts, preferably between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM during the week . Applicants do not need to be available every weekday but should have weekday availability within these hours. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Be 16 years old or above. Spanish-speaking is a preferred skill , but not required . Show up on time and take responsibility for your shifts. Treat teammates and guests with kindness and respect. Care about cleanliness, food safety, and doing things the right way. Stay calm, focused, and productive during busy periods. Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and continue improving.
