Front End Lead

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front End Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for, and a commitment to, providing exceptional customer service. As Front End Lead, you will be responsible for employee scheduling, task delegation for opening / closing, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills to enhance the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by delegating and assisting with cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns promptly. Assist in staff training to ensure adherence to service standards and promote teamwork within Front of House. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service in a fast-paced environment. Skills Proven bartending experience with a strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS or similar platforms. Experience in food service management or quick service fast food restaurants is advantageous. Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members alike. Ability to train staff effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
