Job Summary Wednesday/ Thursday 5 am - close Sat/Sun 6 and 6:30-close We're on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Expo Food team member to join our vibrant hospitality crew. In this role, you'll be the key link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring that food is prepared, organized, and delivered with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes. Assist in food preparation and expediting to maintain high-quality standards. Support food safety protocols by handling dishes properly and maintaining cleanliness in your work area. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff about order status, special requests, or adjustments needed. Help with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal for guests. Manage food handling tasks such as bussing tables and clearing plates efficiently. Contribute to a smooth flow during busy service times by staying organized and proactive. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly valued. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with kitchen staff and servers. Knowledge of food preparation, expediting, and safety standards is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems, food handling procedures, and culinary basics a plus but willing to train. Good organizational skills to keep track of multiple orders and service needs. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and contribute as part of a team.
