B2 Bistro and Bar West Reading is looking for a dedicated Food Expo to join our team! Located in the historic Narrow Fabric building, we're known for our welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and being one of the best spots in West Reading to gather with friends and family. What You'll Do as a Food Expo As a Food Expo, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the crucial link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team.
- Ensuring food orders are accurate, beautifully presented, and delivered promptly.
- Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow of service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the expo area.
- Supporting the team during busy service periods to ensure guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For We're seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
